Quit Claim Deed
What Texas form would I use to quit claim from wife to wife anad husband with right of survivorship? Or do I use one that says husband to husband and wife?

Depends on what you are trying to do. You can quitclaim to MinuteMaid Park if you're so inclined. All that does is surrender whatever right you may have had in the property, and places a cloud on the title.
