Real Estate was sold & Title Co. overlooked a mechanic's lien that I had place on the property...Property was an asset held by an estate.

Was the lien timely filed? Was it on homestead when it was taken? How old was it, and did you reduce it to judgment? These things go to the validity of the lien itself.
