Real Estate sold--Mechanic's Lien in Tex.

Real Estate was sold & Title Company made and error...Did not discover a valid mechanic's lien during closing....Mechanic's lien holder's options...Real Estate sold was part of estate now in probate

Assuming that the house sold wasn't homesteaded property, you can make a claim against the buyer, seller and insurance company. Typically, your lawyer will do all three and let them sort it out.
