Real Estate Transfer of Decedent Property
My mother was willed my grandfather and grandmothers home after my grandfather died. My grandmother died before my grandfather leaving no will. My gransfathers will was probated however my mother never attempted to transfer the property into her name. What is the process to have the property changed into her name.

The executor executes a deed from the estate to your mother, providing letters testamentary have issued.
