Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

i recieved a letter stating that i was a heir to a land grant the cause no. of one is dc-06-380; district court of starr county texas 381st judicial district. they say the trust is in the billions ? is this for real? we do have a att. eileen fowler but i feel this is a fluk. what do you think? i think if this was true i would have a load of att. knocking down my door and their is only this lady i dont even know.
