i reside in the state of texas, and have discovered that i have a non-extraditable warrant in the state of washington.
now i am currently on probation in the state of texas, so is there i way that i could have an attorney deal with washington state DOC to where they could just transfer my case to my texas probation?

I think you have to do time in the state where you were charged. Perhaps you could hire a Washington attorney to help you out.
