Responsible for all debts
My younger sister is executive of my fathers will. She is named in the will to recieve his house. Is she responsible for all of his debts? Can she have everything removed from the house even if the house has not gone through probate?

Your father's estate is responsible for his debts, not the executor. But if she takes property of the estate without paying the debts, then she will become personally liable.
