Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Can I respresent myself?
Spent over 35K for defense in lawsuit. Attorneys withdrew from suit because we were out of money. What do you do to respresent yourself? No one at the judges office will speak to us to give us any direction. We are told to hire an attorney but we dont have the funds to do so.

Call and we could discuss. Did you object to the withdrawal? It must be a large case to have paid $35,000....

You might want to contact N. TX Legal Services. Perhaps you can qualify for a pro bono attorney. It is extremely difficult to represent yourself. I would recommend going to SMU Law Library and do some research.
