Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Revocable Living Trust
I setup a revocable living trust as a single woman. Now that I am married is the trust still legally binding?
I also relocated from CA to TX, is my trust still legally binding?

Re: Revocable Living Trust
The key word here is revocable. That means changeable whenever you want. The assets that you put in the trust are still in the trust if they were properly conveyed. You may want to consider amending your trust to either include or exclude your new husband and also to use Texas law.
