Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Revocable Trust

Revocable Trust. Male Trustmaker deceased 06/2007. Female Trustmaker (my mom) in Nursing home with Alzheimer's (incompetent). 6 children. All children grown at the time of the Trustmakers wedding, 29 years ago. All adult children do not know one another (nor trust each other well!). 2 children to the Mother, 4 belong to the Father. Trustee is Male Trustmaker's daughter. She is not forthcoming with info....didn't even know that you had to ''probate'' a will. Trust was never ''funded''. ?? Female Trustmaker's daughter (me) is trying to move the Trustmaker to Houston area (I have Medical Power of Attorney and Declaration of Guardianship). Trustee says no, she controls money too expensive in Houston. My mom is in South Texas - has about 1.5 mil. What do you think? Can I move my mom? Nursing home is arguing with me too. Say there is a clause in DPOA that says DPOA ''may'' make decisions regarding nursing homes, doctors, etc. Thanks!

Re: Revocable Trust

This is not the place to discuss this. Your problem is complex. You need to get a temporary restraining order against the Male Trustmaker's daughter. It should be obvious that she is trying to ransack the estate. Every minute you delay increases the likelihood of her success. See a lawyer now!!!!!!
