Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

revoke a will

after signing a will putting the title of my mom's home and making my sister power of attorney can this be changed? my sister took my mother to an attorney, my mother signed the legal papers without understanding them. my sister immediately went to the bank and withdrew 7.000. my mother revoked the power of attorney and was coherced into signing another one making a preacher the power of attorney. the preacher has my mother in a nursing home, has access to her small social security check and pays her bills. my mother is of sound mind and wants to get her house back in her name and change her power of attorney. i was out of the country and live in another state and kept calling her home when there was no answer i called the police. this is how i found out about all of these legal actions. my sister wants her house and the preacher her money. neither of the two has seen my mother after getting someone to drop her off at a nursing home 100 miles from where she owns her own home. how can i help my mother? seems as though she has been taken advantage of. my home number is 678-560-6081 thank you for any assistance you can give me.

Re: revoke a will

Someone is going to need to retain an attorney to represent your mother. If she is sound of mind, no guardian will be appointed. I would advise you to contact an attorney in her county of residence. If you would like a referral, please feel free to give me a call.
