my rights as a wife in tx

my husband just inheairted his fathers farm

he wants a divorce we have been married 20 years do i

have any rights

he in tends to sell it but may keep it

you need to contact a divorce attorney..and give them all the facts..but an inheritance is separate property and will belong to your husband to keep or sell..but if sold, and funds are mingled with community funds.he has to prove what was separate...after 20 years, yes, you have rights
