Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
''No Sale'' condition in a will
My husband's grandmother wants to leave her property to her daughter and have her daughter leave it to my husband. She is under the impression that by stipulating that in her will it will prevent her daughter from selling the property and force her to leave the property to my husband. I'm under the impression that isn't possible.

It's quite possible, but the language should be drafted by an attorney.
