Sell of Property

After my father's death,my stepmother may sell the property.(The property was paid for before their marriage)Are his children intitled to any of the profits

Did dad have a will? If so, it will be disposed of according to the will. If no will, children outside the marrage share dad's portion of the house with children in the marriage, if any. Best to contact an attorney if that is the case.
