Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Selling a home
My aunt (lives in Fl) has POA for my mother who is in a nursing home locally. Recently, on a recent visit to Texas, my aunt had my mother draw up a will, stipulating her home would be sold upon her death. I currently currently live in the home and have for 3 years. How much of a problem will selling be with my aunt living out of state.

Re: Selling a home
The POA becomes no good after your mother dies. If you are the executor under the will and the will has included a power of sale provision, selling the home should present no problem. Likewise, if your aunt is the executor, except that the distance may present a slight inconvenience.
