Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Show Proof Of Ownership

My aunt death left a house with a market value of 30,000 with clear title. Thay all ready know there is know one to claim the property other than here three blood sister. All three sister want to sale the property using a simple affidavit of airship so know one has to appear in court. Here is the problem, one of the sister's daughter claim the property was left to her, but she will not show any of the sisters proof that this is in fact the case. They don't know if she has a will or the beneficiary on the deed to the property. The three sister's will be happy if the daughter has leagal ownership and cancel the sale of the property. They just want to know if she has legal right to ownership. Can the legal system make her come foward and show what information she have so the whole thing can end easy and simple?

The "legal system" operates by petitioning the court through a lawyer. Hire a lawyer to complete this transaction for you.

You can proceed with an Affidavit of Heirship. If the kid has something that gives her greater rights she'll have to either produce or shut up.
