Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Okay lets say that there are three siblings who have eached recieved a third ownership of a house from their grandmother. For the house to be sold do all three sibilings involed have to agree to sell it?

Yes.

Any of the three part-owners can sell his 1/3, all by himself.

A part owner also has the remedy of partition, if a great offer comes along, and one of the three refuses to sell.
