Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My siblings and I have signed an affidavit of heirship to my mother's house. She has moved out of that house and we are now looking to sell it. How do we relinquish our heirship to the house back to my mother so she can sell her house? Thank you.

I am not sure what you did, but an affidavit of heirship is used AFTER someone is dead and it sounds like your mom is still with us. You should talk to an attorney or a title company to go over exactly what was done and they will advise you as to what you need to do.
