Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

If i sign a waiver of notice for admission to probate a will in Texas, am i giving up any rights to anything that should be coming to me as a beneficiary?

Before you sign anything, you should read the application and the will. After that, you can read the waiver. It should be spelled out clearly. Normally, a waiver is sent to all beneficiaries, along with the copy of the filed application and the will. The waiver should state that you don't object to the application for filing, and that you're not objecting to the will. If you're still unsure what you're signing after you read it, then have a lawyer review it with you.
