Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My sister is administrator for my brothers estate, in Texas. It has been 10 months since his death, and his vehicle has not been put up for sale. My sister is letting her son drive it on a daily basis. It has been registered this Feb 2010 which is still in my brothers name. Is this legal?

If you are concerned about the way the estate is being handled you can petition to be appointed administrator, and/or you can request an audit. You will need an attorney to do either.
