Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My sister died from a heart attack. She did not leave a will. My dad and brother agreed for me to take over her car and payments. I have been paying her car payment for a year. How can I get the loan and title switched to my name?

Assuming your parents are her heirs at law, an affidavit of heirship and title transfer at the tax office. If parents aren't heirs at law, then you will need whoever they are to sign the title over to you.
