Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
sister kept it all
my mother died in 2002 . She and stepdad had made a will leaving everything divided equally among 5 children. My sister took stepdad and had him sign everything over to her before he died the next year. I have never seen a will but i know he had one. Can she do this legally and also could my stepdad have changed their will legally and not follow her wishes? What d o I do? Thank You

In all likelinhood, it's too late to do anything. Most claims have to be brought within 4 years. If you want to find out if you have any claims left, see a lawyer.
