Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My sister notifed me that my stepmother is wanting to sell the home that she has been living in since my father passed in 2007. She and her son (my step-brother) are requesting a signature from me and my sister that we will not contest my father's will. (This is the first time the will will be going into probate and a signature from the two of us is apparently required before the property can be sold). What are my rights as his adult child in regards to this property? This is occurring in Texas.

DO NOT sign anything until you have an attorney review the will and your potential rights that you might be giving away..
