my sister passed away and her husband of 1 year got all of the insurance and i am rasing her son am i intitled to any she told me she had a will but i caint find it.his family told me that the day before she passed she even told them that she had a will and i was the benn

insurance is paid by contract, I presume the husband is not the father of the sone..but the father should pay child support. If she had any property, at least half goes to her son..not to u unless there is a will. contact a lawyer if the property has any value
