Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Sister just past and buried May 18th she left my mother 75% and my nephew age 8 25% My mother we understand her return however, will my Nephew part go auto to a trust fund for him which is what we want otherwise his dead beat dad will spend the check other places. We check with funeral hm and they no longer do minors trust fund and funeral hm unsure

If your sister had a will and left money outright to 8 year old, you will probably have to go to court and get a guardian appointed
