Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
I am looking for a software in which I can prepare a Irrovocable Trust. I live in Texas and my daughters live in Michigan, they are minors, and I would like a trustee appointed.
What software could I purchase that will assist me in preparing these documents?

Each trust is different depending on needs. I would suggest going to your local law school and doing the research. Keep in mind that if you don't do it right, it may not accomplish what you want and expose your daughters to substantial losses.
