My spouse passed away recently and I received probate from texas court , what is the process of filing ancillary probate in telangana?

I believe Telangana is in India. You would need to contact counsel in that area to determine exactly what they would need. Ancillary Probate in a foreign country is usually not a simple process I would encourage you to speak with at least 3 different lawyers so you have a complete understanding of what will be required.
