Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Do all spouses have to be present when a family member changes the will? A friend of mine is going through a rough time. Just before her father past from alzheimers her two sister took their father to go change the will with out her knowledge. She had no say in any of the changes. I dont believe her father was fin the right state of mind at the time that this was done. I beleive he was in the early stages of alzheimers. Can you please give me some input on this situation.
