can I start a trust to transfer the ownership of my house that I still have a mortgage on, to my business and keep the back from wanting payment in full because the transfer? Not sure sure this might a real estate and real property lawquestion

It is kind of both. Check your mortgage. There might be a prohibition on transfers before the mortgage is paid off. If there is a problem, you may still be able to do the transaction if you get the bank's permission.
