In the state of texas, if a husband passes away without leaving a will, how do you transfer the property entirely to his surviving wife?

If the husband has heirs (besides the wife) those heirs are entitled to inherit certain property (both real and personal property).
The only way to get all of the property entirely to the surviving wife would be to get the other heirs to agree to give up their right to inherit (which will be difficult for any child heirs).
This is a very broad question and complex issues can change the answer. You should consult an attorney for a more in-depth analysis of your situation.
Good Luck!
