Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My step father died and left a hand written will leaving the house to his 3 (three) step children.(myself and my 2 brothers) My mother died 10 years ago and left the house to him in her will. The house was completely paid for by my parents 30 years ago. My step father did not write specific names

on the will. My step father's former wife had a daughter before they were married; making her a step

child. Does this other woman need to be found?

perhaps..you should find a local lawyer to handle the probate..as it really depends on what the will says...good luck
