Step mother in fathers will

My mother died in 1990, my father re-married and he died in 1998. his will left everything to his new wife. She died in 2005 with no will. She had an adopted daughter who moved in with her, an is still living in the house which still in my dads name. Do I have any claims on this house?

Unless your father divested you from your share, you and any siblings may have a claim.
