Stock inheritance questoin
My son is a minor and he just inherited shares of stock from his dad which is my x-husband. As his legal guardian, do I have the right to put restrictions for the stock to be set up in a trust and paid out over a period of time in increments? I want to prevent my son from having access to the full amount when he turns 18.

You need to go talk with a good attorney who does trusts. Whoever advises you is going to need all the details.
