Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Stolen Property

Hello, My grandmother passed away recently and my Dad and Aunt were named co-executors. My Aunt Lives in Colorado and my Dad and grandmothers estate is in Texas. Her will stated that her estate was to be split 4 ways -30% to each of 3 children (My dad and 2 sisters) and 10% to a grandchild. Immediately, my Aunts snuck out about $80K worth of jewelry so that the grandchild wouldn not get her 10%. They claimed my grandmother told them they were to get all of her jewelry even though it wasnt stated in the will. This was all done while my grandmother was in a coma b4 she died. Then, the co-executor aunt stole about $2K worth of stereo equipment that my grandmother was holding for me, the aunt lied to me about doing so, and shipped it back to Colorado b4 I knew what happened. I would like to help my cousin get her rightful inheritance and I would like to get my stolen equipment back. How do I do this when the person that stole it was one of the executors of the will and the probate process hasnt even been initiated? Keep in mind that my Dad is co-executor and he is just as perplexed about it as I am. Sorry this is so long, but I appreciate any feedback you may have!
