Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

stolen will

my granfather had a new will done to include his new properties and holding. upon his death his second wife produced a copy of the will that was written when my mother was sixteen. at the time of his death she was 43. how do we find the new will with no access to the house?

Hire an attorney to open probate on your behalf. Request that the will be produced. Hopefully an attorney was hired to do the will and there will be a copy as evidence.
