My family received money from a family memeber who died. A relative was left out of the will and is sueing the rest of the family for the money. The person sueing lives in OK and we live in TX. We were named in the will so since we live in anonther state will we have to pay the money? should this be something we should worry about.

Re: being sued
You would have to pay the money if she proves the facts of her lawsuit. Only worry about it if you don't want to pay her the money.

Re: being sued
You should talk to a probate attorney in the state where the probate was done.
It is never wise to ignore being sued.
