Survivors

Nephew from Houston(41) died in Jamaica one day before marriage. He is survived by his mother and father (divorced and both remarried) and two half brothers. Does his fiamce have any claim to his estate or is it just his natural parents?

With no will, only his natural parents inherit. His fiance has no legal claim.
