Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

The taxes are going to take over my grandmas land if someone dont pay them. I would like to pay it but in the past when someone paid on the land and moved on it my aunts have put them off the land. what can i do?

I recommend that you talk to a real estate attorney in your area immediately.

Why pay for the land if it won't belong to you?

Look on this website and on www.avvo.com for an attorney in the county where the property is located. You've got a mess and I think an attorney is needed.

If your aunt won't cooperate then perhaps there is nothing you can do.
