Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Has Texas adopted the Uniform Trust Code either in full or in part? My search thus far has only mentioned that Texas may choose to "cherry pick" certain provisions. Yet the must recent information I can find is from around 2004. Any help would be wonderful.
