Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Texas will

I am recently married and my husband has not updated his will to include me. His current will leaves his entire estate to his children. Do I get to keep our house, joint accounts and joint assets? Will I be protected?

Re: Texas will

You will be protected for that 1/2 of the community property which is yours. The other property will go to his children. You will have a 1/2 undivided community property interest in the house to the extent that you have lived there and you will have a life estate in the remainder. Good Luck.
