Can we go to a title company to sell house?
I want to know if we can go to a Title Company to sell the house that our mother left us when she died 7-26-04 OR should we probate the will? Also the house needs foundation work and needs to be sold quickly. My brother and I are in agreement but our sister is draging her feet with all kinds of excusess to delay selling the house. She does want to sell but she is waiting for a nice offer on the house (to fill her pocket) but the house is shifting, there is rotten wood, no insurance and has aluminun wireing. My brother and I see a huge liabilty for having the house that could catch on fire or someone could get hurt and sue us. What opions do my brother and I have since there are three of us?

You are going to have to probate the will since your sister won't agree to sell. you'll the court's authority to sell the property.
