If the title to a residential home is under both parents name and one of them is deceased, what is the procedure to remove the deceased parents name?

Probate the will or administer the estate of the deceased parent. This is done by filing an application in the probate court in the county where the deceased parent resided. when they died.

There are a number of procedures. The correct one is based on the facts:
1. Did the deceased parent have a will?
2. Are there any debts of the deceased?
3. Did the deceased have any other property (bank accounts, etc.) that you also cannot access?
