tranfer probate
Parnets die and left and old will my uncel is over the will and wants to turn it over to me. What forms do we need to fill out to do this?

I don't have enough information to answer that. If you can give me the following information, I can be in a better position to tell you what is going on. Specifically, I need to know the date of death, and if the estate has been probated.
