Transfer of property

My ex-husband passed away in 2005 we have 2 children which are both now 18 years old. The house and property is still in his and my name. I am wanting to transfer the property to our children. In the divorce he received the house but did not every change to drop me off. I need to know what paperwork I need to file to transfer the property. He left no will and has no other assests.

You will need to make a special warranty deed to place your interest into your ex's property in keeping with the terms of the divorce. Then you will need to have affidavits of heirship prepared to transfer your ex's interest to the children.
