Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
I am having trouble accessing my fathers benifits from social security and a local bank. He did not name a benificiary for some reason and all I have is death certificates. What else is there for me to prove I am handling his affairs now?

If your father had a will, then you'll need to file it for probate. If not, then you will need to establish your ownership through the probate court. These aren't terribly expensive procedures.
