Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My truck is in my mother's name but I make the payments. She's elderly and in poor health. How can I make sure that if anything happens to her that the truck can remain mine? Can she sign it over to me, even though it is financed in her name? There are 3 more years remaining on the financing agreement, and she does not have the type of insurance that covers the remaining cost of the vehicle should she pass away.

She should make a will and leave the truck to you. It shouldn't cost more than about $100.
