A family member that was executor sold the their Moms home in 2006 without anybodys knowledge and then took all the money out of trust and fled from Calif. to Tex. it was to go to that person as well as the living children according to the persons instructions/wording/wishes that The Last Will and Testament before late 1980's as it states.
The Will was just recently found and the person that passed around 1990's
What can the living Children do at this time to get their money?

How could there have been an Executor if the Will was just recently found? I'm not sure what happened or that anything can be done, but your best bet is to find a good probate attorney in your area and sit down with him or her and go over all the facts. Good luck!
