Trusts & Will damage recovery

My mother passed away Sept.30,2006. The trustee of her trust has definitely stolen cash,etc. from her estate and I have definite proof of this fact. What is the statute of limitations in Texas for filing a recovery action against this person?

Depends upon the pleadings, but definitely two years; may be four.
