in tx. can you have a living will, a living trust, and a reg. will from a mail order co. and they still be valid ? does one cancel or dissolve any of the others? which ones work together and are the best to have as to not cause my family as distress or problems? how many witnesses?, notarization necessary ? proper agency for filing if necessary? stipulation of realestate to children valid in any or all devices listed above? You can use those services but it is always best to use an attorney who can personalize your will package to your specific needs. Different documents in the will package will have different requirements (for example witnesses, notary etc). Without knowing the product, it is hard to say if it meets all the requirements to be valid in Texas. If a will is worded properly it can prevail over all previous wills. Is it for one individual? or a husband and wife?
