Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
my uncle with no children already owned house and land,married my aunt with no children 25 years ago.he died and left all to my aunt, telling me all would be split with me and her niece at her death. as executor of his will i saw her will and she leaves all to her niece. do i have any rights under texas law.

The controlling factor is the will, not what the uncle said.
Are we sure that the "left all to my aunt" will is the last one that uncle signed - he never signed a will after that one?
I'd suggest that you talk to the aunt and just ask her if uncle ever discussed his intentions with her.
